A quick guide for closers and setters. Read this once, and you're good to go.
Go to salesflux.ai/download and pick your platform (Mac or Windows). Install it like any normal app.
Open Salesflux and log in with your @digitalsalesascension.com email and password.
Pick "Closing Call" or "Set Call" at the top. This changes the AI coaching to match what you're doing.
Start typing the lead's name. Salesflux searches Airtable and shows matching contacts with their phone number and lead score. Click to select — this connects the call to the right Airtable record.
Salesflux listens through your microphone. It picks up both your voice and the prospect's voice coming through your speakers.
Suggestions pop up on screen in real-time. Use them for objection handling, closing lines, or when you're stuck on what to say next.
Salesflux scores your call, generates a summary, and syncs everything to Airtable automatically.
After every call, Salesflux automatically updates the matching Airtable record with:
For setters: also updates the Contact record with a call summary, qualification status, and booking outcome.
The moment you select a lead and hit Start, Salesflux pulls everything from Airtable so the AI already knows who you're talking to.
This means the AI suggestions during your call are personalized to that specific lead — not generic.
Salesflux connects the entire sales process. Here's how setter data flows to closers automatically:
Salesflux writes call summary, qualification answers, pain points, and booking status to the Contact record in Airtable
Salesflux reads the setter's notes, pain points, and buying signals from Airtable — and feeds it all to the AI
References the pain points and buying signals the setter already uncovered. The closer sees "They mentioned struggling with X" before they even say hello
Salesflux writes the closer's score, transcript, and notes back to the Meetings table. The full history is in one place.
No copy-pasting between records. No "what did the setter say?" messages. It's all automatic.
Salesflux uses two methods to match your call to the right meeting in Airtable:
Searches the Meetings table for a record with a matching lead name, within 2 hours of the call time.
If no name match is found, Salesflux searches by the lead's phone number. That's why selecting a contact from the dropdown is important — it includes the phone number.
Tip: Always search and select the lead from the dropdown instead of just typing a name. This gives Salesflux the phone number, which makes the Airtable match much more reliable.
Use headphones or earbuds — this gives Salesflux cleaner audio of your voice vs. the prospect
Always select the lead from the contact search, don't just type a random name
Set the language to match the conversation (NL for Dutch calls, EN for English)
Add context before starting (e.g. "Warm lead from Instagram, interested in mentorship") — the AI uses this
Check your call scores in the dashboard after each call to track improvement
