1. What Salesflux Does
Salesflux is an AI-powered sales coaching platform. Our Chrome extension and web app capture audio during sales calls (with your explicit permission) to provide real-time transcription, stage tracking, and coaching suggestions.
2. Data We Collect
- Audio data: Call audio is streamed to Deepgram for real-time transcription. Audio is not stored after transcription.
- Transcripts: Call transcripts are stored in your Salesflux account for review and coaching purposes.
- Account data: Email, name, and role (closer/setter) for authentication.
- Usage data: Feature usage counts for tier enforcement (e.g., number of reviews).
3. Chrome Extension Permissions
- tabCapture: Captures audio from your active browser tab during calls (Zoom Web, Google Meet, Aircall, etc.).
- activeTab: Detects which call platform you're using to show the coaching overlay.
- storage: Stores your login session locally.
- offscreen: Processes audio in a background document for transcription.
The extension only captures audio when you explicitly start a coaching session. It never runs in the background or captures audio without your action.
4. Third-Party Services
- Deepgram: Speech-to-text transcription. Audio is streamed in real-time and not stored by Deepgram.
- Anthropic (Claude): AI coaching suggestions and call analysis. Only transcript text is sent, never raw audio.
- Supabase: Database and authentication. Data stored in EU region.
5. Data Retention
Call transcripts and reviews are retained in your account until you delete them. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
6. Data Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS/WSS. Authentication uses secure session tokens. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
