1. Dienstverlener

DIGITAL SALES ASCENSION - FZCO

Handelt onder de merknaam Salesflux en Digital Sales Ascension (DSA).

2. Programma's

Wij bieden de volgende coaching programma's aan:

Escapade — €2.000 (eenmalige betaling)
Unfeigned — €4.000 (eenmalig of 4x €1.000)
Bodacious — €10.000 (eenmalig of 10x €1.000)
Magnanimous — €25.000 (eenmalig of 12x €2.083)

3. Betalingsvoorwaarden

Eenmalige betalingen (PIF — Pay In Full) worden verwerkt via iDEAL of creditcard.

Betaalplannen worden verwerkt via creditcard met automatische maandelijkse afschrijving via Stripe.

Handmatige facturen zijn beschikbaar op verzoek. Neem hiervoor contact met ons op.

Alle genoemde prijzen zijn exclusief BTW, tenzij anders vermeld.

4. Herroepingsrecht & Restitutie

Conform Nederlands en Europees consumentenrecht (Richtlijn 2011/83/EU) heeft de consument een bedenktijd van 14 dagen na aankoop.

Binnen deze 14 dagen kan de aankoop kosteloos en zonder opgaaf van reden worden herroepen. Het volledige aankoopbedrag wordt dan gerestitueerd.

Na de bedenktijd van 14 dagen is restitutie niet meer mogelijk.

5. Toegang

Toegang tot het programma en het Salesflux platform wordt verleend na bevestiging van betaling.

Bij betaalplannen geldt toegang voor de duur van het betaalplan. Bij wanbetaling kan toegang worden opgeschort tot betaling is hervat.

6. AI Abonnementen

Naast de coaching programma's bieden wij optionele AI-abonnementen aan (Coach, Pro, Elite).

Deze abonnementen zijn maandelijks en kunnen op elk moment worden opgezegd met een opzegtermijn van 30 dagen.

7. Privacy

Wij verwerken persoonsgegevens conform de AVG (GDPR). Zie ons privacybeleid voor meer informatie.

8. Toepasselijk Recht

Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland, of aan de rechter in het land van vestiging van de consument indien dit gunstiger is.

2. Programs

We offer the following coaching programs:

Escapade — €2,000 (one-time payment)
Unfeigned — €4,000 (one-time or 4x €1,000)
Bodacious — €10,000 (one-time or 10x €1,000)
Magnanimous — €25,000 (one-time or 12x €2,083)

3. Payment Terms

One-time payments (PIF — Pay In Full) are processed via iDEAL or credit card.

Payment plans are processed via credit card with automatic monthly charges through Stripe.

Manual invoices are available upon request. Please contact us for this option.

All listed prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

In accordance with Dutch and European consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the consumer has a 14-day reflection period after purchase.

Within these 14 days, the purchase may be withdrawn free of charge and without reason. The full purchase amount will be refunded.

After the 14-day reflection period, refunds are no longer possible.

5. Access

Access to the program and the Salesflux platform is granted upon payment confirmation.

For payment plans, access is granted for the duration of the payment plan. In case of non-payment, access may be suspended until payment is resumed.

6. AI Subscriptions

In addition to the coaching programs, we offer optional AI subscriptions (Coach, Pro, Elite).

These subscriptions are monthly and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.

7. Privacy

We process personal data in compliance with the GDPR. See our privacy policy for more information.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, or to the court in the consumer's country of residence if this is more favorable.
