Salesflux is een AI-gedreven sales platform, bereikbaar via salesflux.ai, met onder andere call coaching, AI chat, voice roleplays, pipeline- en outreach-tools en gerelateerde functies.

Wij behouden ons het recht voor om functies te wijzigen, toe te voegen of te verwijderen. Wijzigingen verminderen de kernfunctionaliteit van een lopend abonnement niet wezenlijk.

Salesflux wordt aangeboden als abonnement (momenteel: Starter, Pro en Elite), met maandelijkse of jaarlijkse facturering. De actuele prijzen staan op salesflux.ai/pricing; de prijs die bij aankoop wordt getoond is leidend.

Geen verborgen kosten.De abonnementsprijs is alles wat je betaalt. Setup en onboarding van je account zijn inbegrepen — er zijn geen setup-kosten, installatiekosten of verplichte extra's.

Omdat DIGITAL SALES ASCENSION - FZCO gevestigd is in de Verenigde Arabische Emiraten, wordt er geen BTW in rekening gebracht. De getoonde prijs is het bedrag dat je betaalt.

Betaling verloopt via automatische incasso per creditcard of andere aangeboden betaalmethoden via Stripe.

Maandabonnementen zijn maandelijks opzegbaar. Je kunt op elk moment opzeggen, zonder opzegtermijn en zonder opgaaf van reden. De opzegging gaat in aan het einde van de lopende factureringsperiode; tot die datum behoud je volledige toegang.

Jaarabonnementen lopen tot het einde van de jaartermijn en worden daarna automatisch verlengd, tenzij vóór de verlengingsdatum is opgezegd.

Reeds betaalde periodes worden niet (gedeeltelijk) gerestitueerd. Er zijn geen opzegkosten of boetes.

Toegang tot het platform wordt verleend na bevestiging van betaling.

Bij een mislukte of uitblijvende betaling kan de toegang worden opgeschort totdat de betaling is hervat. Opgeschorte periodes worden niet gecrediteerd of verlengd.

Het gebruik van AI-functies (chat, call reviews, roleplays, research) valt onder een fair-use-beleid per abonnementsvorm. Bij excessief of oneigenlijk gebruik kan het gebruik worden beperkt of vertraagd.

Salesflux is een hulpmiddel. Wij geven geen garanties op resultaten, omzet of inkomen. Jouw resultaten hangen af van je eigen inzet, vaardigheden en marktomstandigheden.

Het platform wordt geleverd "as is" en "as available". Wij garanderen geen ononderbroken beschikbaarheid of uptime en zijn niet aansprakelijk voor dataverlies, onderbrekingen of technische storingen.

AI-gegenereerde content, coaching-suggesties en analyses zijn uitsluitend informatief en educatief. Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor beslissingen die op basis van AI-output worden genomen. Niets in de dienst vormt financieel, juridisch, fiscaal of medisch advies.

DIGITAL SALES ASCENSION - FZCO is een Free Zone Company gevestigd in en opererend onder het recht van de Verenigde Arabische Emiraten. Op deze voorwaarden is het recht van de Verenigde Arabische Emiraten van toepassing.

Omdat een maandabonnement op elk moment opzegbaar is, kun je de dienst altijd kosteloos beëindigen per einde van de lopende periode.

Salesflux is an AI-powered sales platform, accessible at salesflux.ai, including call coaching, AI chat, voice roleplays, pipeline and outreach tools, and related features.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features. Changes will not materially reduce the core functionality of an active subscription.

Salesflux is offered as a subscription (currently: Starter, Pro, and Elite), billed monthly or annually. Current prices are listed at salesflux.ai/pricing; the price shown at the time of purchase applies.

No hidden costs.The subscription price is all you pay. Account setup and onboarding are included — there are no setup fees, installation costs, or mandatory extras.

As DIGITAL SALES ASCENSION - FZCO is established in the United Arab Emirates, no VAT is charged. The price shown is the amount you pay.

Payment is processed via recurring credit card charges or other offered payment methods through Stripe.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled monthly. You may cancel at any time, without a notice period and without giving a reason. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain full access until that date.

Annual subscriptions run until the end of the annual term and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Periods already paid for are not refunded, in whole or in part. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

Access to the platform is granted upon payment confirmation.

In case of a failed or missing payment, access may be suspended until payment is resumed. Suspended periods are not credited or extended.

Usage of AI features (chat, call reviews, roleplays, research) is subject to a fair-use policy per subscription tier. Excessive or abusive usage may result in throttling or restriction.

Salesflux is a tool. We provide no guarantees of results, revenue, or income. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, and market conditions.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or uptime and are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or technical issues.

AI-generated content, coaching suggestions, and analysis are for informational and educational purposes only. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI output. Nothing in the service constitutes financial, legal, tax, or medical advice.

DIGITAL SALES ASCENSION - FZCO is a Free Zone Company established in and operating under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Because monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, you can always end the service free of charge as of the end of the current billing period.
